Who is responsible
AstroVNO MB operates AstroSky.info. Contact info@astrovno.com with privacy questions.
Data we use
For an account we use your name, email, a securely hashed password, settings and service activity. Birth details are saved to your account only when you choose to save a calculated chart.
External services
Place search sends the place name and interface and query languages to geodata providers. When you request AI or enable interpreted forecast emails after a separate consent, OpenAI receives calculated chart positions and transit data; your birth date, time, place, email and account details are not sent. Stripe handles checkout; card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by AstroSky.info. An email provider delivers account messages and the forecasts you choose to receive.
Security and retention
We use HTTPS, access controls for accounts and administration, and backups. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. Account data is kept while the account is active, or longer where the law requires; backups are removed on their retention cycle.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion through your account or by emailing info@astrovno.com. Optional AI requests are controlled separately from account creation.
